TRANSACTION:

You note me and tell me what you want, send me references or descriptions of your character(s).
I tell you the price and you send the money via Paypal.
I`ll send you the sketch via E-Mail before I colour it so it`s easier to change particular things. As soon as I`m done with the colouring I`m gonna send you a high qualitiy version via E-mail / note.
For additional 10€ + shipping you can also request a signed print and the original lineart.

QUALITY :

Writing this because I keep getting notes and requests from people.

No, I still don't do commissions. Have been busy with projects outside of DA for months and now I`m doing illustrations for a children's book. The author and me want it to be finished as fast as possible and it`s a lot of work which will take at least 5-6 months, so I have no time to also do commissions next to it.

I will publish a journal once I take commissions again, before that it has no use asking me if I`d make an exception for you.

Aahhh Hi Dolphy, I’ve finally struck up the nerve to talk to you. I’ve been probably one of your BIGGEST fans for the past few years, I just wanted to say, I LOVE YOU beyond words, you’ve changed my life, and been one of the biggest inspirations for art I ever had.

But one of the things that hits me the most about your art is your Dolphy X Jim stuff. I’m in love with an animated character literally EXACTLY the same way you feel about Jim. Alot of the time I feel insecure and I wonder if I’m a freak for feeling SO strongly about someone who doesn’t even exsist. But Looking through your gallery is seriously like THERAPY for me. The way you depict the love you feel for him, the longing, the times of pain and hurt, you make it all seem so beautiful. My friends and family may not understand those feelings, but just to know that someone else feels the same way makes my world SO MUCH BETTER.

Oh my, this is such a sweet message, I'm glad you decided to comment because I love meeting people who understand my feelings and have the same "problem" like me. ^_^

It's so flattering to hear how much my art has affected you, I always doubt my own skills and reading such comments really brightens up my day.

We're not freaks, it's much more complicated and difficult than that, sad thing is people only look at us superficially and immediately judge us as weirdos. But if they're so narrow-minded, that's their own problem.
